Arugula Salad With Rosemary Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula
- ½ cup Slivered Almonds
- 6 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 4 slices Candied Maple Bacon (crumbled, see notes for recipe)
- 1½ cup Strawberries (sliced)
Rosemary Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves (finely chopped)
- ½ Clove of Garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ pinch Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- In a small mason jar, add all of the Rosemary Vinaigrette ingredients. Cover with a lid, and shake. Ingredients will seperate which is okay. Just shake it again before putting it on the salad.
- Assemble the salad, by placing 4 cups Arugula in a salad bowl. Top with ½ cup Slivered Almonds, 6 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese, crumbled bacon and the sliced strawberries.
- Serve the salad with the dressing.
