Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Arugula
  • ½ cup Slivered Almonds
  • 6 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 4 slices Candied Maple Bacon (crumbled, see notes for recipe)
  • cup Strawberries (sliced)

Rosemary Vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • In a small mason jar, add all of the Rosemary Vinaigrette ingredients. Cover with a lid, and shake. Ingredients will seperate which is okay. Just shake it again before putting it on the salad.
  • Assemble the salad, by placing 4 cups Arugula in a salad bowl. Top with ½ cup Slivered Almonds, 6 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese, crumbled bacon and the sliced strawberries.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing.
