- 4 oz fully cooked shrimp
- 4 oz smoked salmon chopped
- 4 oz fully cooked fish of your choice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp pepper

- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ cup provel cheese
- ½ cup shredded smoked cheddar
- ½ cup shredded smoked gouda
- ½ cup chopped blistered peppadew
- 1 tsp chopped green onions
- grated parmesan cheese (grated)
- 6 cups prepared fettuccine noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add 4 oz softened cream cheese and 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream. Heat, stirring often until cream cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
- Add 4 oz fully cooked shrimp, 4 oz smoked salmon chopped and 4 oz fully cooked fish of your choice. Season with 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ½ tsp pepper and 1 tsp salt.
- Add ½ cup provel cheese, ½ cup shredded smoked cheddar and ½ cup shredded smoked gouda. Stir to combine.
- Add ½ cup chopped blistered peppadew and 1 tsp chopped green onions.
- Pour into a baking dish. Top with more Provel and Bake for 20 minutes.
- While sauce is baking, make fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
- When sauce is done, add the fettuccinne noodles and stir to coat. Top with Parmesan. Serve with warm garlic bread.
