- 3 large potatoes (peeled and cut into french fries)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- cold water
- 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, place 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into French fries and cover them with cold water. Add 1 cup white vinegar and soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After soaking, drain the fries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Toss them with 1-2 tbsp avocado oil.
- In batches, air fry the French fries for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through and ensuring they do not touch for the best results.
- Once cooked, toss the fries with 2 teaspoon white vinegar, 2 teaspoon ground rosemary, and 2 teaspoon kosher salt for a burst of flavor.
