Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp sliced green olives
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil (chopped fine)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped fine)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped fine)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil to a plate. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
  • Top with 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, 3 tbsp sliced green olives and 2 garlic cloves.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes and ¼ cup parmesan.
  • Top with 1 teaspoon fresh basil, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
