Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! It’s totally up to you. The skin is edible and packed with nutrients. If you like a softer texture, peel them. If you’re into a little extra bite and fiber, leave the skin on and give ’em a good scrub.

Soggy sweet potatoes usually mean overcrowding the pan or roasting at too low a temp. Spread them out in a single layer (use two pans if needed!) and crank that heat to get the crispy magic going.

Yep! Sweet potatoes are naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, and loaded with vitamin A, potassium, and antioxidants. Roasting them with a little healthy oil and spices makes them a super tasty, nutrient-packed side.

Heck yes! Just toss them in the same spice and oil mix, then air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through. You’ll get that crispy texture with even less oil.

They pair well with everything from grilled meats to veggie bowls. Try them with roasted chicken, black bean tacos, or toss them on a salad with arugula, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze. Chef’s kiss.
