  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups Balsamic Vinegar and ½ cup Light Brown Sugar. Stir constantly, until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Slice 1 lb Strawberries and place on a serving platter. Top with ½ cup Feta Cheese, ¼ cup Slivered Almonds and 2 tbsp Mint Leaves. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and serve.
