  • 2 cup chicken (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 cup strawberries (sliced and tops removed)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 8 basil leaves (chopped into small slices)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • extra-virgin olive oil (for brushing on dough before baking)
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 flatbread dough (Make up to 3 days in advance for faster prep)
  • ½ cup cornmeal ((optional))

Instructions
 

  • Brown bacon in a pan and then remove to a plate lined with a paper towel.
  • Add onions to skillet with bacon grease and cook until browned, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500℉.
  • Brush each flatbread dough with olive oil and poke holes all over it with a fork. Top with ½ cup mozzarella, ⅓ of the chicken, ⅓ of the onions, ⅓ of the strawberries, ⅓ of the bacon and ⅓ of the basil leaves.
  • Remove pizza stone from oven and dust it with cornmeal. Add flatbread pizza and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the top is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar. Remove flatbread from oven (remove from pizza stone to a solid surface) and drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar. Slice and serve.
