Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 scallion (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon dill pickles
  • â…™ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (one lemon worth)
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 scallion, 1 garlic clove, 1 shallot, 1 tablespoon capers, 2 tablespoon dill pickles, â…™ teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon parsley, and ½ teaspoon tarragon, in bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir. Season with salt.
  • Cover and chill (preferably overnight) to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with breaded fish and a side salad.
