What You Need to Make This Peppermint Mocha Latte

  • Instant Espresso: This quick-dissolve coffee gives you that rich, bold flavor without the brewing hassle.
  • Peppermint Extract: Adds a refreshing kick and that festive feel. It’s like a holiday hug in a mug!
  • Pure Vanilla Extract: Elevates the sweetness and adds depth to the flavor profile.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: This luscious ingredient makes everything creamy and dreamy, perfect for that frothy topping.
  • Ghirardelli White Chocolate: Rich and decadent, this chocolate is the star of your latte, creating a smooth and sweet experience.

How to Make Your White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha Latte

  1. Start by filling your favorite coffee cup halfway with very hot water—think coffee-hot.
  2. Stir in 1 tsp of Instant Espresso, ½ tsp of Peppermint Extract, and ½ tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract until well combined.
  3. Now for the pièce de résistance! In a glass measuring cup, heat ¼ cup of Heavy Whipping Cream along with 2-3 tablespoons of White Chocolate for about 90 seconds. This helps melt the chocolate into the cream.
  4. Froth the mixture until it’s nice and fluffy. You want it to be light and airy, perfect for topping your latte.
  5. Pour that frothy cream over your espresso mix and serve. Optional: garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa or extra peppermint for a festive touch!

This White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha Latte is not just a drink; it’s a delightful experience. Serve it up for a cozy night in, share it with friends during the holidays, or enjoy it as a special treat to make any day feel festive. With my recipe, you get all the joy of a holiday treat without the guilt of a calorie bomb. So, grab your ingredients and treat yourself to a cozy cup of holiday cheer! Enjoy!
