Potato Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1½ teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon tomato powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1½ pounds baby potatoes (Or other vegetables)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients except for the apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Prepare potatoes and other vegetables and add them to a bowl. Coat in a little olive oil, then add the seasoning and stir. Finally add 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar and stir until well coated.
- Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until softened and slightly browned.
