Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds ground chicken, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 Large egg, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon ground oregano, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ cup fresh dill, ¼ cup fresh mint, ¼ cup red onion, 4 garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
- Form 15 meatballs and place into a 9×11 baking dish.
- Bake in 350℉ oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs begin to brown and are cooked through. A temperature of 165℉ is considered safe to consume chicken.
- Serve warm with Tzatziki sauce and Greek-style Orzo.
