This Lemon Sage Vinaigrette is such an easy way to bring bright, fresh flavor to your meals. The tart squeeze of lemon juice and the pop of lemon zest mix beautifully with the earthy taste of sage. Dijon mustard ties it all together with a little depth, while honey balances things out with a hint of sweetness. Extra virgin olive oil gives the vinaigrette that silky finish that makes it perfect for drizzling.

You can use this Lemon Sage Salad Dressing on just about any kind of salad, but it is also delicious as a marinade for chicken or spooned over roasted vegetables. It is quick to whisk together with simple ingredients and keeps well in the fridge. Light, citrusy, and herb packed, this Lemon Sage Vinaigrette is one you will want to keep on hand for everyday cooking.
